Every day our licensed humane investigators travel around Chicagoland responding to complaints of cruelty and neglect. 

They rescue animals from life-threatening situations, educate owners about the responsibilities involved with having a pet, investigate suspected dog fighting locations and transport animals from other local shelters that have run out of space.
